文化信息资源共享工程县级支中心建成以后,存在专业技术人员缺乏、后续经费不足、读者活动不持续、地方特色文化资源建设乏力等问题,应主动争取上级主管部门支持,保证专业技术人员到岗到位,加强横向联合,开展多种形式的阅读活动,加强地方特色资源数据库建设,共享党员远程教育资源,使文化信息资源共享工程县级支中心持续发展。
