鸟型胞内分支杆菌是广泛分布于自然界的机会致病性病原体,在爱滋病(AIDS)患者可致严重播散性感染。其途径可能由胃肠道侵入,进入血液后而播散。临床上表现为发热、盗汗、消瘦和淋巴腺肿大。病理检查呈严重播散性病变,血液培养和粪便菌检多为阳性。该菌对抗结核药物均具有耐药性,故目前正在寻求有效的化疗药物。1984年12月美国加里福尼亚洲首次报道5例AIDS患者伴有鸟型胞内分支杆菌感
Mycobacterium avium is a pathogenic opportunistic pathogen widely distributed in nature and can cause severe disseminated infections in AIDS patients. The route may be invaded by the gastrointestinal tract, after entering the blood and disseminated. Clinical manifestations of fever, night sweats, weight loss and swollen lymph glands. Pathological examination showed severe disseminated lesions, blood culture and fecal bacteria were mostly positive. The bacteria are resistant to anti-tuberculosis drugs, it is currently seeking effective chemotherapy drugs.
