探讨编制适合大学女生参与锻炼的速度健身路径,对大学女生进行一个学期的速度健身路径练习,并对大学女生实验前后的身体形态、身体机能、身体素质、身体成分进行比较,结果表明:参与选用适合的速度健身路径后,大学女生身体形态指标无明显变化,身体机能的闭气时间指标有非常显著提高、身体素质的立定跳远、800 m、50 m、十字变向跑、十米复制误差走、两手夹尺子指标显著提高,身体成分中的体脂肪、体脂百分比指标具有非常显著的降低。速度健身路径的推广可以有效地提高大学女生体质健康,为大学女生的健康教育提供参考依据。
To explore the speed fitness path suitable for university girls to participate in the exercise, to carry out one semester speed fitness path practice for university girls, and to compare the body shape, body function, physical quality and body composition of college girls before and after the experiment. The promotion of speed fitness route can effectively improve the physical health of college girls and provide a reference for the health education of college girls.
