研究没食子酸、间苯三酚、对苯二酚、苯酚和香草醛等5种酚类化合物对苗期遭受低温胁迫的裸大麦生理特性的影响。结果表明,酚类化合物可增加低温下叶片GSH和ASA含量,维持叶片较高的SOD和CAT活性,降低叶片细胞的膜脂过氧化水平和质膜透性,提高可溶性蛋白质、热稳定性蛋白质和叶绿素含量,提高叶片的净光合速率,从而维持了膜结构与功能的稳定性,提高了裸大麦的抗寒性。在5种酚类化合物中.以间苯三酚对大多数生理特性的调节作用最大。
