目的 :为研究脑梗死后脑内抑制性氨基酸 (IAAs)递质的变化规律及其意义。方法 :采用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法测定了起病 7h~ 1 0 d的脑梗死病人及对照组的 CSF中 IAAs的浓度。结果 :脑梗死 7h后 CSF中 IAAs已显著升高 ,并于 2 d达到高峰 ,3~ 5d后降至正常水平。GABA浓度与梗死时间存在抛物线性回归关系而和梗死最大直径存在直线回归关系。结论 :脑梗死患者脑内 GABA等 IAAs的异常升高可能对脑组织起保护作用 ,是脑保护剂的研究方向之一
Objective: To study the changes of inhibitory amino acids (IAAs) neurotransmitter in brain after cerebral infarction and its significance. Methods: The concentration of IAAs in CSF of patients with cerebral infarction and control group from the onset of 7 to 10 days was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: The IAAs in CSF at 7h after cerebral infarction were significantly increased and peaked on the 2nd day, and dropped to normal level after 3 ~ 5d. There is a parabolic regression relationship between GABA concentration and infarct time and a linear regression relationship with the maximum diameter of infarction. Conclusion: The abnormal increase of IAA such as GABA in brain of patients with cerebral infarction may play a protective role on brain tissue and is one of the research directions of brain protective agent
