目的 为了探讨一氧化氮与氟性骨关节病骨软骨损伤的关系,进行了过量氟对实验性大鼠血清 N O 含量及骨发育影响的研究。方法 测定了3种不同剂量过量氟实验性大鼠血清的 N O 含量,对 N O 含量和大鼠胫骨纵径、横径进行了相关分析。结果 氟中毒大鼠血清 N O 含量明显升高( P < 0.05),且依氟剂量的增加而递增;血清中 N O 含量与胫骨纵径、横径呈负相关。结论 过量氟致实验性大鼠血清 N O 含量升高,依染氟剂量增加而增加;过量氟影响大鼠骨发育。
Objective To investigate the relationship between nitric oxide and osteochondral injury in osteoarthritis of the fluorosis, and to study the effect of excessive fluoride on serum NO and bone development in experimental rats. Methods The contents of NO in sera of three different doses of fluoride-containing experimental rats were determined. The correlations between the content of N O and the longitudinal and transverse diameters of the tibia were analyzed. Results Serum NO level was significantly increased in fluorosis rats (P <0.05), and increased with the increase of fluoride dose. The serum NO content was negatively correlated with the longitudinal and transverse diameters of tibia. Conclusion Excessive fluoride induced elevated serum NO level in experimental rats, which increased with the increase of fluoride dose. Excessive fluoride affected bone development in rats.
