农业行政执法工作的效果如何,直接关系到农资市场经营秩序的好坏,然而现实中执法环境却不容乐观,在市场检查过程中,被执法者以不懂法为由,干扰执法工作,逃避处罚的行为时有发生,违法分子辱骂甚至殴打执法人员的情况时有发生,往往导致基层执法难,执法效率低下,间接影响了农业法治化进程。本文将常见的几种被执法者阻挠执法进程的观念加概括并对执法者相应的语言应对措施进行论述。
