声显微术是工业无损检测和超声医疗中常用的技术。超声的频率较高时(如远高于100MHz),机械扫描的超声显微装置可以得到很高的分辨率,这可以弥补扫描过程中,需要几秒扫描时间这个缺点。超声频率较低时(如远低于100MHz),则需要一种简单、有效的方法以减少扫描时间,尤其是超声显微术用在流水线生产上对廉价产品进行快速,频繁的检测时。在一个方向上用电扫描的显微术使这种需要成为可能。
Acoustic microscopy is a technique commonly used in industrial non-destructive testing and ultrasound medical applications. Ultrasound at higher frequencies (such as much higher than 100MHz), mechanical scanning ultrasound microscopy device can get high resolution, which can make up for the scanning process, the need to scan the time of this shortcoming. At lower ultrasound frequencies (eg well below 100 MHz), there is a need for a simple and effective method to reduce the scan time, especially when ultrasound microscopy is used for fast, frequent testing of cheaper products in the production of pipelines. This need is made possible by microscopy that uses electrical scanning in one direction.
