本法以交流电弧为激发光源,以Al2O3、NaF、K2S2O7为缓冲剂,锗为内标,在PGS-2仪器上射谱,同时测定Ag、Sn、B。其方法检出限为Ag0.02μg/g、B1.0μg/g和Sn0.44μg/g;各项元素的方法精密度均小于10%;准确度达到规范要求△LogC﹤0.05。用国家一级标准物质进行验证,测定值与标准值基本一致,符合化探样品检测质量要求。
In this method, AC arc is used as the excitation light source, Al2O3, NaF and K2S2O7 as the buffer, germanium as the internal standard, and spectra on the PGS-2 instrument, and Ag, Sn and B simultaneously. The detection limits of this method were Ag0.02μg / g, B1.0μg / g and Sn0.44μg / g. The precision of each method was less than 10%. The accuracy of the method was up to the standard requirement △ LogC <0.05. Verification with the national first-class standard material, the measured value is basically the same with the standard value, in line with the quality requirements of geochemical testing samples.
