目的:研究孕期采取保健护理对孕妇妊娠结局的影响效果.方法:从2017年10月—2018年10月期间我院产科患者中随机拣选300例处于正常妊娠状态的孕妇,利用电脑程序将其随机分为两组,其中采取常规护理的150名孕妇被命名为对照组,剩余采取保健护理的150例孕妇被命名为研究组,对比两组孕妇最终的妊娠结局.结果:研究组患者发生产后出血、妊娠高血压、糖尿病等不良妊娠结局的总概率为12.1％,低于对照组21.9％,差异明显,p<0.05.结论:孕期采取保健护理对孕妇妊娠结局有良性改变,能够降低不良妊娠结局,其应用效果较好.
