草酸钙结石在泌尿系结石中约占60%-70%.草酸在草酸钙结石形成过程中到底起着什么样的作用,尿及血中草酸浓度的测定无疑是此研究的基础.血中草酸浓度极低,仅为尿中浓度的1%左右,而且血浆成分复杂,使得血草酸浓度的测定更为困难.
