目的:在辽宁省中药资源普查过程中,发现了龙胆属Gentiana龙胆G.scabra Bunge的一个新变型即白花粗糙龙胆G.scabra Bunge f.albiflora L.Xu。对该变型进行确证,并对中药龙胆进行基源、历代产地变迁、药材商品规格等级进行本草考证,对药材性状进行观察研究。方法:通过查阅文献,解剖采集的标本,观察其花的各项特征,确定品种。结果:此新变型白花粗糙龙胆与原变型的区别在于变型的花冠为白色。结论:确定白花粗糙龙胆为东北龙胆属一新变型,具有药用价值。
OBJECTIVE: During the census of traditional Chinese medicine resources in Liaoning Province, a new variant of G.scabra Bunge Gentiana was discovered, G.scabra Bunge f.albiflora L.Xu. This variant was confirmed, and the source of gentian of Chinese medicine, origin of the vicissitudes of generations, medicinal herbs product specifications grade textual research, the medicinal properties were observed and studied. Methods: By consulting the literature, dissecting the collected specimens, observing the characteristics of the flowers and determining the varieties. Results: The new variant Gentiana elata Gentiana different from the original variant is the variant of the corolla is white. Conclusion: It is of great medicinal value to determine that Gentiana elata is a new variant of genus Gentiana from Northeast China.
