随着新疆跨跃式发展和铁路现代化建设,乌鲁木齐市的各种重大活动日益增多。餐饮业重大活动是人数众多的集体用餐,存在规模大、时间长、人员比较集中、用餐量大等特点,容易出现食物中毒及食品污染等卫生问题[1]。重大活动食品卫生安全保障工作要求高、责任大、任务重,如何在法律赋予的职责范围内做好此项工作成为卫生监督部门需要解决的课题。
