职业教育是整个国民教育的重要组成部分,建立发达的职教体系,以适应信息时代和经济转型对人才的需求,是振兴我国经济的有力保障。近几年,在中央一系列有关教育、职教政策的引导下,我国职教事业有了长足的发展。但是,我国职业教育的现状及发展的政策导向尚有值得深思的地方。 一、我国职业教育的现状 1.职教的初、中、高层次比例失调 职业教育的初等层次,按原国家教委1993年统计公报数字,职业初中有1582所。近几年,随着我国经济的迅速发展,人民生活水平不断提高,实现“晋九”教育地域的逐渐扩大以及劳动力市场对初等职业人才的冷漠,使这一层次的职业教育逐渐萎缩、减少。
Vocational education is an important component of the entire national education. Establishing a well-developed vocational education system to meet the needs of talents in the information age and economic restructuring is a powerful guarantee for rejuvenating our economy. In recent years, under the leadership of a series of policies on education and vocational education in the Central Government, great progress has been made in the vocational education in our country. However, the status quo of our country’s vocational education and the development of policy guidance there are still places worth pondering. I. Current Situation of Vocational Education in China 1. The elementary level of vocational education at the beginning, middle and high levels of vocational education is irregular. According to the 1993 statistics bulletin of the former State Education Commission, there are 1,582 vocational junior high schools. In recent years, with the rapid economic development in our country, people’s living standards have been continuously improved, and the gradual expansion of the “Jin-Jiu” education area and the indifference of the labor market to the primary professionals have gradually reduced or reduced this level of vocational education.
