中国-亚欧博览会金融发展与合作论坛在搭建国际交流平台、促进新疆区域发展与合作方面发挥了积极的作用。西部大开发战略实施以来,中国证监会按照党中央和国务院的工作部署,不断加大资本市场服务新疆经济发展的力度。一是支持新疆的企业利用资本市场筹措资金发展壮大。在支持新疆企业发行股票上市、上市公司再融资和并购重组等方面,拓展新疆的发展空间及区域,培育了一批后备上市资源。二是推动新疆证券经营机构的创新发展、做大做强。在合理规划辖区证券经营网点的基础上,支持证券公司新设分公司和证券营业部。
The China-ASEM Forum on Financial Development and Cooperation has played a positive role in setting up an international exchange platform and promoting regional development and cooperation in Xinjiang. Since the implementation of the strategy of developing the western region, the CSRC has continuously increased the capital market to serve the economic development in Xinjiang in accordance with the work arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. First, companies that support Xinjiang use the capital market to raise funds to grow and develop. In support of the listing of Xinjiang enterprises to issue shares, listed companies refinancing and mergers and acquisitions, etc., to expand the development of space and the region of Xinjiang, nurtured a number of reserve listing resources. The second is to promote the innovation and development of securities institutions in Xinjiang, bigger and stronger. In a reasonable planning area securities business outlets based on the support of securities companies set up new branches and securities business department.
