在一般工程结构试验中,特别是在现场实测中,因环境条件差,使用粘贴式电阻应变计测量应变,粘贴质量难以保证,加之由于电阻应变计工作性能分散,往往测量误差较大。为此,研制成功了DY-A1型电测引伸计。该引伸计兼有电阻应变计和杠杆式引伸仪的优点,是一种新型应变传感器,可与各种型号的电阻应变仪配套,重复使用。根据被测材料的种类和受力状况,选取不同的标距(图1)。
In the general engineering structure test, especially in the field measurement, due to poor environmental conditions, the use of paste resistance strain gauges to measure the strain, the quality of the paste is difficult to guarantee, coupled with the dispersion of resistance strain gauges work performance, measurement errors are often large. For this reason, the DY-A1 electrical test extensometer was successfully developed. This extensometer combines the advantages of resistance strain gauge and lever type extensometer. It is a new type of strain sensor that can be used with various types of resistance strain gauges for repeated use. According to the type of material under test and stress conditions, select different gauge length (Figure 1).
