本文报告应用时间分辨荧光免疫分析技术测定人血清α-FP浓度。研究结果表明,将BAS引入该技术,使方法学稳定性和灵敏度有明显提高。本法批内CV为3.8~5.2%。批间CV为4.80~12.3%,最小检出值<1ng/ml,平均回收率为102.8%。健康成人测定参考值为5.56±5.38ng/ml(±SD)。聚苯乙烯微量滴定孔条经戊二醛处理后可提高包被抗体含量。
This paper reports the use of time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay to determine the concentration of human serum a-FP. The results show that the introduction of BAS technology, the methodological stability and sensitivity have significantly improved. The CV of this Law is 3.8 ~ 5.2%. The inter-assay CV was 4.80-12.3% with the minimum detectable value <1ng / ml and the average recovery was 102.8%. The reference value for healthy adults was 5.56 ± 5.38 ng / ml (± SD). Polystyrene microtiter wells after glutaraldehyde treatment can increase coating antibody content.
