目的 :用不同剂量水提取物进行试验 ,观察唐古特大黄地上部分基生叶柄对炎症的影响 ;方法 :采用连续灌胃给药 ,建立小鼠耳肿胀模型 ,研究唐古特大黄地上部分基生叶柄水提取物对二甲苯诱发炎症的影响 ,同时与相应的同一生药量的 95%乙醇提取液的抗炎效果进行比较 ;结果 :唐古特大黄地上部分叶柄水提取物对小鼠耳肿胀法引起的炎症有抑制作用 ,高、中、低剂量的抑制率分别为 2 5%、3 8%、53 % ,而相应的乙醇提取物的抑制率较低 ;结论 :提示唐古特大黄地上部分基生叶柄的水提取物有一定的抗炎活性
OBJECTIVE: To test the effects of basal petiole on the inflammation of rhizome of T. tanguticus with different doses of water extracts. METHODS: To establish a mouse model of ear swelling by continuous gavage, and to study the basal petioles of the aboveground part of T. tangutum. The effect of water extracts on xylene-induced inflammation was compared with the corresponding anti-inflammatory effect of the same crude drug dose of 95% ethanol extract; Results: The aqueous petiole extract of the root petiole of Tangut rhubarb caused by mouse ear swelling method Inflammation was inhibited. The inhibition rates of high, medium, and low doses were 25%, 38%, and 53%, respectively, and the corresponding ethanol extracts had a lower inhibition rate.
