目的探讨黄葵胶囊治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效及对血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的影响。方法收集2014年9月-2015年10月在校大学生中原发性痛经患者134例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表将其分为干预组(68例)与对照组(66例)。两组患者均给予心理疏导及镇痛药物等常规治疗。干预组在上述治疗的基础上加用黄葵胶囊。另设健康组51例。采用总痛经评分(TDS)评价药物疗效,同时测定患者血清IL-10、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平。结果干预组总有效率为97.06%,明显高于对照组(65.15%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗,两组TDS评分与治疗前相比均不同程度减少(P<0.05);组间比较,干预组TDS评分更低(P<0.05)。治疗前,干预组、对照组血清IL-10、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平与健康组分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,干预组与对照组血清IL-10、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组治疗前后血清IL-10、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后血清IL-10、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄葵胶囊治疗原发性痛经有较好的疗效,其作用可能与调节外周血清IL-10、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平有关。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huang Kui Capsule in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and its effect on serum interleukin 10 (IL-10), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interferon-γ (IFN- γ). Methods A total of 134 primary dysmenorrhea patients from September 2014 to October 2015 were enrolled in this study. Patients were divided into intervention group (68 cases) and control group (66 cases) by random number table. Two groups of patients were given psychological counseling and analgesics and other conventional treatment. Intervention group on the basis of the above treatment with Huang Kui capsule. Another set of 51 cases of healthy group. The total dysmenorrhea score (TDS) evaluation of drug efficacy, and determination of serum IL-10, TNF-α, IFN-γ levels. Results The total effective rate in the intervention group was 97.06%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (65.15%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of TDS in both groups decreased to some extent (P <0.05), and the scores of TDS in intervention group were lower (P <0.05). The levels of IL-10, TNF-α and IFN-γ in the intervention group, the intervention group and the control group were significantly different from those in the healthy group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-10, TNF-α and IFN-γ in intervention group and control group were significantly different (P <0.05). The levels of IL-10, TNF-α and IFN-γ in the intervention group before and after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05). The levels of IL-10, TNF-α and IFN-γ in the control group before and after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Huang Kui Capsule has a good curative effect on primary dysmenorrhea, which may be related to the regulation of IL-10, TNF-α and IFN-γ in peripheral blood serum.
