同志们:根据国家统计局的统一部署,今年4月至6月,在全国范围内开展首次工业企业创新调查,内容包括“工业企业创新调查”和“企业家调查”两部分。我省调查单位261家,其中大中型企业61家,规模以上小型企业为200家,分布在全省8个州(地、市),40个县(市、区)。西宁市约113家,占调查总数的43%。调查采取全面调查与抽样调查相结合的方式进行,即对大中型工业企业实行全面调查,规模以上小型工业企业进行抽样调查,
Comrades: According to the unified plan of the National Bureau of Statistics, from April to June this year, the first innovation survey of industrial enterprises will be conducted throughout the country. The contents include the “Survey of Industrial Enterprises Innovation” and the “Survey of Entrepreneurs”. There are 261 investigation units in our province, including 61 large and medium-sized enterprises and 200 small-scale enterprises above designated size, which are distributed in 8 prefectures (prefectures and cities) and 40 counties (cities and districts) in the province. About 113 Xining City, accounting for 43% of the total survey. The survey adopts a combination of a comprehensive survey and a sample survey, in which a comprehensive survey of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises is conducted and a sample of small-scale industrial enterprises above designated size is sampled.
