一、爱心——做学生的“成长参与者”没有爱就没有教育,没有兴趣就没有学习。全新的教育氛围对教师提出了更高的道德要求,即教师必须具备极强的职业意识和职业道德,热爱学生,热爱教育事业,愿意为教育事业而献身。夏丐尊先生曾说过:“教育上的水是什么?就是情,就是爱。教育没有了情爱,就成了无水的池,任你四方形也罢,圆形也罢,总逃不出一个空虚。”在网络时代,学生们凭借“冰冷”的互联网,在“虚拟”中生活。他们一方面强调自我意识,争强好胜,个性极强;
