心室颤动是心脏性猝死最主要的心律失常,对大、小动物包括人心脏应用多电极标测技术、高分辨光学标测技术等和用计算机模型对心室颤动发生和维持的机制取得进一步深入认识。心肌组织异质性和动力学因素的相互作用、共同协同参与不同状况下心室颤动的发生与维持。治疗策略上,除了对组织异质性改善包括射频消融治疗外,同样也可对高危动力学因素改善作为治疗靶点。
Ventricular fibrillation is the most important cardiac arrhythmia in sudden cardiac death, and the multi-electrode mapping technology and high-resolution optical mapping technology are applied to large and small animals, including human heart, and the further understanding of the mechanism of occurrence and maintenance of ventricular fibrillation by computer model . Myocardial tissue heterogeneity and kinetic factors interact and work together to participate in the occurrence and maintenance of ventricular fibrillation under different conditions. Treatment strategy, in addition to improving the heterogeneity of the organization, including radiofrequency ablation, the same high-risk kinetic factors can also be treated as a therapeutic target.
