人物简介王冬龄,1945年12月生,江苏如东人。中国美术学院现代书法研究中心主任、教授、博士生导师,中国书法家协会理事,浙江省书法家协会副主席,浙江省书法教育研究会理事长,中国国际茶文化研究会书画院副院长。1966年与1981年先后毕业于南京师范大学美术系、中国美术学院书法研究班,获硕士学位,并留校任教。1989年应美国明尼苏达大学之邀赴美国讲授中国书法,为该校及加州大学教授,在哈佛、伯克莱等20多所大学举办讲座与展览。1992年底由国家教委招聘归国,到中国书法家协会研究部工作。1994年回中国美术学院执教。2001年3月中国兰亭国际书法节,王冬龄的书法展览与书法艺术专题讲座深受观众欢迎。2012年,王冬龄获第四届中国书法兰亭奖艺术奖。
Character brief introduction Wang Dongling, born in December 1945, Jiangsu Rudong. Chinese Academy of Fine Arts modern calligraphy research center director, professor, doctoral tutor, Chinese Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of Zhejiang Calligraphers Association, Zhejiang Calligraphy Education Research Association, China International Tea Culture Research Association vice president of painting and calligraphy. 1966 and 1981 graduated from Nanjing Normal University Department of Fine Arts, China Academy of Art calligraphy research class, a master’s degree, and to stay in school. In 1989, he was invited by the University of Minnesota to teach Chinese calligraphy in the United States. He was a professor at the University and the University of California, where he held lectures and exhibitions at over 20 universities including Harvard and Berkeley. By the end of 1992, recruited by the State Board of Education returned to the Chinese Calligraphers Association research work. 1994 China Academy of Art coached. March 2001 China Lanting International Calligraphy Festival, Wang Dongling’s calligraphy exhibition and calligraphy art lecture was well received by the audience. In 2012, Wang Dongling won the fourth China Calligraphy Lanting Award Art Award.
