Our hospital is located in an area of 36 85m above sea level. The author makes statistics on medical papers published in a hospital in the plateau from 1991 to 2002, focusing on the medical papers published from 1998 to 2002 and introducing the Hospital research work of the basic approach. The purpose is to explore how to mobilize the enthusiasm of the study of health technicians and the enthusiasm of scientific research in the plateau environment and tap the technological potential of health technicians
