我厂一台M1080型无心磨床,在1976年对砂轮主轴轴承用静压轴承技术进行了改造,后由于静压轴承加工在我厂有困难,给维修带来困难。因为在改造时,砂轮轴壳体孔已经镗大,再要恢复原5块瓦轴承已不可能,曾申请报废。最后我们根据本厂的实际能力,设计制造了如图所示的整体式动压轴承,作为主轴的前后轴承装配后一次试车成功。对轴承设置孔1为了当主轴启动时靠空隙现象使润滑油能及时进入主轴和轴承间隙中形成油膜,避免干摩擦。
