办公室主任要有超前意识,充分发挥个人“眼快腿勤”的优势,把各项工作做在前面。善于捕捉信息,勤于反馈信患,精于综合信息,使信息成为领导观察决策得失,掌握发展势态的“显示屏”。还要胸有全局,密切关注带有全局性、战略性、前瞻性的问题。突出重点,超前计划,尽力精简领导程序性和事务性的工作,让领导把精力集中到处理和思考重大问题上来。
The director of the office should have a sense of advancement and give full play to the advantages of the individual’s “quick eyes and legs” and make all the work in front.
