作者简述了东海PH油田钻杆刺漏原因的研究过程 ,以及取得的初步结论。从 1998年开始 ,PH油田接连出现钻杆刺漏现象。研究结果表明 ,当今现代化大型工程中出现的机具损坏、腐蚀问题 ,常常是综合原因作用的结果 ,需要从相关的各个学科进行认真地研究。在对钻杆刺漏现象的大量试验和研究中 ,意外地发现并证明了该油田的地层内存在少量的腐蚀气体。虽然这类气体的含量并不高 ,然而这一研究成果对于全面认识PH油田的地层状况 ,在今后的油气生产中正确确定有关装备的防腐等级 ,以及预测生产装备的使用寿命 ,都提供了重要的决策依据
The author briefly describes the research process of the drill pipe leakage in the East China Sea PH oilfield and the preliminary conclusions obtained. Since 1998, the PH oil field has consecutive drill pipe leakage phenomenon. The results show that the problems of damage and corrosion of machines in modern large-scale projects are often the result of comprehensive reasons and need to be carefully studied from all relevant disciplines. In a large number of experiments and studies on the leakage of drill pipe, a small amount of corrosive gas was found unexpectedly in the formation of this field.
