2011年交通运输部、工信部、公安部等部委发布了众多与汽车行业相关的政策法规,如《车船税法》《公路安全保护条例》《交通运输安全生产和应急体系“十二五”发展规划》等,这些政策法规的颁布施行,为汽车行业发展给予了很大程度上的支持与推动。本文对2011年颁布的汽车及相关行业政策法规进行简要回顾。
In 2011, the ministries and commissions such as the Ministry of Transport, MIIT and the Ministry of Public Security issued a series of policies and regulations related to the automobile industry, such as the Regulations on the Safety of Roads and Vehicles, the Regulations on Highway Safety and Protection, the Transport Safety Production and Emergency Response System, and the Twelfth Five-year Plan Planning "and so on, the promulgation and implementation of these policies and regulations for the development of the automotive industry has given a great degree of support and promotion. This article briefly reviews the policies and regulations on automobile and related industries promulgated in 2011.
