以大连栽植的大樱桃品种“明珠”茎段为外植体,采用组织培养方式,研究了BA、BA与生长素组合、培养瓶透气滤膜有无、不同培养方法对“明珠”组培苗增殖生长的影响。结果表明:在BA 0.5mg/L+IBA 0.1mg/L处理中,大樱桃组培苗增殖生长效果最好,分化数量最多,为9.0个/株;在培养瓶盖无透气滤膜的培养瓶中,大樱桃组培苗生长健壮,丛生苗数最多,为6.4个/株;接触式生物反应器培养方法最适合大樱桃的增殖生长,丛生苗数量可达到8.2个/株。
