活体肾移植是缓解目前供体来源短缺的一种重要途径,随着肾移植技术在我国的开展和普及,供体来源的减少和尿毒症患者的日益增多成为突出矛盾。活体肾移植在供体选择、手术方式以及手术难度都与尸肾移植有很大差距。泌尿外科医师在进行活体肾移植的过程中,无论从供体选择、手术技巧都要进行严格的培训,规范化培训在此过程中显得尤为重要。
