2010年12月27日,省人大财经委员会召开了2010年经济形势分析会,听取省发改委、旅游委、财政厅、农业厅、工信厅、商务厅、统计局等部门关于2010年国民经济运行情况的汇报,委员们对我省2010年经济运行情况进行分析,对2011年经济运行走势进行预测并提出意见建议。省人大常委会副主任、省人大财经委员会主任委员符兴出席会议并讲话。部分省人大财经委员会专家咨询组成员,省人大常委会财经工委有关负责同志,海口、三亚、儋州、陵水、琼中等市县人大常委会及财经工委负责同志列席会议。会前,省人大常委会财经工委召开座谈会,听取省政府有关部门汇报,了解经济运行情况,并到文昌、定安、澄迈等市县进行调研,形成了此报告。本刊摘要予以刊登,敬请关注。
On December 27, 2010, the NPC Financial and Economic Committee held the 2010 Economic Situation Analysis Conference and listened to the opinions and suggestions made by the provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Tourism Commission, the Finance Bureau, the Agriculture Department, the Office of Industry and Information Technology, the Department of Commerce and the Statistics Bureau on the national economy in 2010 Report the situation, members of our province in 2010 to analyze the economic situation, predict the economic operation in 2011 and make suggestions. Fu Xing, deputy director of the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee and chairman of the NPC Financial and Economic Committee attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Before the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress held a forum for the Finance and Industry Working Committee to listen to the provincial government departments to report and understand the economic operation, and to Wenchang, Ding’an, Chengmai and other cities and counties to conduct research and formed this report.
