本文报道了用硝酸刻蚀金属片的方法制备有表面增强喇曼散射(SERS)活性的金属表面,研究聚(4-乙烯基吡啶)(P4VP)和聚苯并咪唑(PBIM)的SERS光谱。证明这种方法比经典的Ag/CaF_2岛膜法有较大的增强因子和较好的热稳定性。通过对P4VP和PBIM分子中环的振动模式的分析,发现不同的成膜制样方法导致聚合物分子在金属表面不同的排列形态,在一定条件下,有的排列方式可发生转化。
In this paper, we report the preparation of metal surfaces with surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) by etching nitrided metal sheets and investigate the SERS spectra of poly (4-vinylpyridine) (P4VP) and polybenzimidazole (PBIM). It is proved that this method has larger enhancement factor and better thermal stability than the classical Ag / CaF 2 island membrane method. By analyzing the ring vibration modes of P4VP and PBIM molecules, it is found that different film-forming methods lead to different arrangement of polymer molecules on the metal surface. Under certain conditions, some arrangements may be transformed.
