利用曲线修正板对曲柄滑块机构运动速度进行补偿,实现了光栅刻划机刀架的等速运动。建立了运动机构的数学模型,推导了等速修正板曲线参数方程。并且针对该机构,分析了由于安装误差所引起的等速误差,通过模拟计算得出了误差曲线。分析发现,修正板初始安装位置水平方向误差在1 mm内,得到的等速误差在2%以内,初始安装位置竖直方向误差只改变刀架初始位置,不影响等速精度。
Using the curve correction plate to compensate the movement speed of the crank-slider mechanism, the isokinetic movement of the grating carriage is realized. The mathematical model of motion mechanism was established and the curve parameter equation of constant velocity correction plate was deduced. And for the institution, the error of speed caused by the installation error was analyzed and the error curve was obtained by simulation. The analysis shows that the horizontal error of the initial installation position of the correction plate is within 1 mm and the constant velocity error is within 2%. The vertical position error of the initial installation position only changes the initial position of the tool holder, which does not affect the constant speed accuracy.
