油田的地面建设是保证油田稳定产油的基础,在油田工程建设中占据着重要的地位。完善油田地面配套设施,加大石油能源的开采力度,对稳步提高我国石油产量,缓解我国能源短缺的形势有着重要的作用。本文简要介绍了油田地面设施建设,对油田地面建设工程项目管理提出了一些对策。
The ground construction of the oil field is the basis for ensuring stable oil production and occupies an important position in the oilfield construction. Perfecting the oilfield ground facilities and increasing the exploitation of petroleum energy plays an important role in steadily increasing China’s oil production and alleviating the energy shortage in our country. This article briefly introduces the construction of oilfield surface facilities and puts forward some countermeasures for the management of oilfield ground construction projects.
