2007年3月29日,在风景宜人的大连市金州区金渤海岸旅游度假区,一场隆重的奠基仪式正在举行。大连市领导张成寅、夏德仁、李永金、林庆民、肖盛峰、汪集刚、王承敏、孙广田、邢良忠、曲晓飞以及金州区有关领导亲自到场祝贺,中央电视台以及大连市各大媒体争先报道。是什么项目牵动了这么多关注的目光?令人瞩目的高端旅游项目“大连莱茵海岸度假村”在这一天正式开工建设。据悉,该项目总投资2.5亿欧元,占地约40公顷,计划3年内建设完成,是改革开放以来大连市引进的最大的旅游投资项目,也是大连获得中国最佳旅游城市后第一个重大旅游工程。
On March 29, 2007, a grand groundbreaking ceremony was held at the scenic Golden Coast Holiday Resort in Jinzhou District, Dalian.
