The process and method are one of the teaching objectives stipulated in the New Curriculum Chemistry Teaching. The method described here is generally understood as a scientific method. However, secondary school students are confronted with learning chemical knowledge in middle schools and solving secondary school chemistry problems. If they are not scientifically educated, they will not only go beyond their acceptability but also will not meet their actual needs. As a result, they often fail to meet the requirements of the new curriculum standard. In order to make the education of scientific method more effective, it is necessary to establish a new method system which is in line with the reality of chemistry teaching in middle school and the method of chemistry in middle school. This article makes some superficial discussions on the definition, content and education of chemistry in middle schools.
