研究观察了生姜提取物姜总酮(TotalKetoneofGinger,TKG)对大鼠颈动脉血栓和小鼠肺血栓形成的影响及急性毒性实验。结果用TKG(10,20mg/kg)可使大鼠颈动脉血流阻塞时间(OT)明显延长,TKG(20,40mg/kg)可使胶原和肾上腺素形成的诱导剂所致小鼠病死率明显减少,腹腔注射TKG的LD50及95%可信限为:557.04mg/kg(430.94~720.04mg/kg),结果提示TKG有较强的抑制血栓形成作用
