RQ设计方法在工程造价控制中的应用研究——以某城市交通枢纽工程项目为例

以某城市交通枢纽工程项目为例,通过研究价值管理理论,并将价值管理与限额设计方法相结合,提出了具有可操作性的分配投资限额方法,与传统运用RQ设计方法缺乏明确理论指导的情况相比,该方法对于实际工作更具有可操作性和实用性,运用所提出方法对某轨道交通项目进行分配投资限额设计,结果表明,该方法对完善限额设计方法,有效控制项目设计阶段成本具有辅助作用。 Taking a project of a city traffic hub as an example, this paper proposes a feasible method of allocating investment quotas by studying value management theory and combining value management with quota design methods. Compared with the traditional method of RQ design, there is a lack of clear theoretical guidance Compared with the actual work, this method is more feasible and practicable. By using the proposed method to allocate the investment quota for a certain rail transit project, the results show that this method is very effective in improving the design method of the quota and effectively controlling the design phase of the project Has a supporting role.
