针对膨胀石墨在毫米波无源干扰技术中的实际应用,通过动态测试方法研究了膨胀石墨对3mm、8mm波衰减性能。相同条件下,膨胀石墨对8mm波的衰减性能要优于3mm波。测试结果表明,10g粒径为600μm的石墨层间化合物通过瞬时膨化剂膨化后,对3mm、8mm波动态衰减分别为14.54dB、18.27 dB。同时,就膨胀石墨种类、粒径、膨化方法,以及浓度对3mm、8mm波动态衰减性能的影响进行了分析和讨论。
Aiming at the practical application of expanded graphite in millimeter wave passive interference technology, the decay performance of 3mm and 8mm wave on expanded graphite was studied by dynamic test method. Under the same conditions, the attenuation performance of expanded graphite to 8mm wave is better than that of 3mm wave. The test results show that the dynamic attenuation of 3g and 8mm waves of 10g graphite intercalation compound with particle size of 600μm by instant bulking agent are 14.54dB and 18.27dB respectively. At the same time, the influence of expanded graphite type, particle size, puffing method and concentration on dynamic attenuation performance of 3mm and 8mm wave were analyzed and discussed.
