野外实习是旅游管理专业实践教学中比较薄弱的环节,将认知迁移理论应用于旅游管理专业的野外实习将极改进其教学效果,并提高学生的实践能力。论文分析了认知迁移理论在旅游管理专业野外实习中应用的重要性,并从实习前、实习中和实习后三个阶段提出了相应的对策。
Field practice is a relatively weak link in the practice teaching of tourism management major. Applying the theory of cognitive transfer to the field practice of tourism management will improve its teaching effect and improve students’ practical abilities.
