目的:建立HPLC法同时测定赤雹果中8种有机酸的含量。方法:采用色谱柱Kromasil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以0.04mol.L-1KLH2PO4溶液(用1%的磷酸调节pH2.4)为流动相,流速1ml.min-1,紫外检测器检测波长为215nm。结果:赤雹果中草酸、酒石酸、苹果酸、抗坏血酸、乳酸、醋酸、柠檬酸、丁二酸的含量分别为0.060%,0.048%,0.299%,0.050%,0.317%,0.057%,0.043%,0.055%。结论:该方法简便易行,准确可靠,为赤雹果有效成分的进一步研究奠定了基础,也为其他植物药中有机酸类成分的纯化分离及检测提供了参考。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of eight organic acids in red hail fruits. Methods: The chromatographic column Kromasil C18 (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm) was used as the mobile phase with 0.04mol.L-1KLH2PO4 solution (adjusted to pH2.4 with 1% phosphoric acid) at a flow rate of 1ml.min-1 and UV detector The wavelength is 215 nm. Results: The content of oxalic acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, ascorbic acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, citric acid and succinic acid were 0.060%, 0.048%, 0.299%, 0.050%, 0.317%, 0.057% and 0.043% 0.055%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, which lays the foundation for the further study of the effective components of the red hail tree. It also provides a reference for the purification and separation of the organic acids in other plant medicines.
