In vitro fertilization - embryo transfer (IVF-ET) technology has been greatly improved over the past 20 years, especially intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) to solve many problems of male infertility. However, older women, especially women over the age of 40, had decreased egg quality, IVF-ET pregnancy rate and implantation rate were low, abortion rate was high, more importantly, mature women with high egg chromosomal abnormalities. Oocyte cytoplasm plays an important role in chromosome division. In recent years, the first meiotic pre-meiotic egg (GV) in elderly women is transplanted to the nucleus of young enucleated eggs of young women to induce normal meiosis and obtain mature
