The microscopic spectrophotometer for measuring nuclear DNA content has become a commonly used quantitative chemical method. Studies have shown that the normal nuclear DNA content is constant; and tumor cells and some pre-cancerous changes in nuclear DNA content have abnormal performance. Therefore, nuclear DNA content has become an important indicator of tumor research. The study of nuclear DNA content in colorectal cancer has been reported in the literature. However, there is not much research on its precancerous lesions. In this paper, microscopic spectrophotometer and combined with histochemical methods were used to observe the changes of DND content in colorectal and paraneoplastic epithelial cells.
