振动对人们的身体、生活和工作都会引起有害的影响。据工业发达国家统计,由于机械设备和运输车辆所产生的振动影响,是仅次于噪声、水质和大气污染的主要公害之一。因此,人体受振允许值的研究日益为社会所重视。按人体受振允许值来设计动力机器基础和承重结构已被有关规范采纳。一、国外对人体允许振动值的研究和规定国外从30年代起,就进行了这方面的专题研究。试验和实践证明,人体全身受振时的反应是多方面的,可以干扰人的感觉,影响视听敏感度,降低书写、操作等活动能力。剧烈振动,甚至能损伤肌体和内脏器官,在生理上会导致呕吐、头昏、疲劳和心律不齐等
Vibration can cause harmful effects on people’s body, life and work. According to statistics from industrially developed countries, due to the vibration effects produced by mechanical equipment and transport vehicles, it is one of the major public hazards second only to noise, water quality and air pollution.
