宁波市坚持把对工业固定资产投资项目实施严格的能评,作为强化工业领域节能的重点工作,通过建立完善能评管理机制、严格能评项目审查把关、加强事中事后监管等,取得了明显成效。截至2014年,宁波市对137个工业项目进行了节能审查,这些项目投产后,年综合能源消费量约567万吨标准煤,平均万元工业增加值能耗0.68吨标准煤,能评核减不合理能源消费约15万吨标准煤。
