钢筋混凝土桥梁主要有现浇式和装配式2种形式,其中现浇箱梁在桥梁中中应用最为广泛,由此带动的模板支撑架体系的广泛应用。其中,碗扣式模板支架由于受力性能好、施工效率高、方便管理等特点,在高架桥梁和一系列高层建筑施工中得到了广泛应用。本文首先分析常见现浇箱梁支架结构形式,并以碗扣式模板支架为例,分析其特点,并对其受力计算做出一定阐述。
Reinforced concrete bridge is mainly cast-in-place and fabricated in two forms, of which cast-in-place box girder is the most widely used in the bridge, the resulting template supporting frame system is widely used. Among them, the bowl button template bracket due to the force performance, high construction efficiency, easy management and other characteristics, in the viaduct and a series of high-rise building construction has been widely used. In this paper, the common forms of cast-in-place box beam brackets are analyzed first, and the bowl-shaped template brackets are taken as an example to analyze the characteristics of the cast-in-place box girders.
