基于声发射技术原理,在平煤股份十矿成功构建了回采工作面声发射实时在线监测系统,确定出了以振铃计数和能量指标相结合的判识方法,实现了对工作面回采过程全方位实时监测和灾害超前预报,提高了动力灾害预测准确性,有效弥补传统预测指标在深部开采条件下指标相对不敏感的缺陷,为预防以地应力为主导的煤与瓦斯突出等煤岩瓦斯动力灾害提供了依据。
Based on the principle of acoustic emission technology, the real-time on-line monitoring system for acoustic emission of mining face was successfully constructed in the No.10 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mine, and the identification method combining ring count and energy index was established. Real-time monitoring of azimuth and advanced prediction of disasters have improved the prediction accuracy of dynamic disasters and effectively remedied the defects that traditional indicators are relatively insensitive to targets under deep mining conditions. In order to prevent the geodynamic forces of coal and gas outburst, such as coal and gas outburst, Disaster provided the basis.
