利用β射线(~(32)磷、~(90)锶)敷贴剂治疗血管瘤,具有方便、安全,疗效较好的优点、我院1963～1974年间共治疗639例,现将有随访结果的92例治疗情况小结如下。敷贴剂的制备和方法 ~(32)磷敷贴剂:取质地均匀的滤纸,裁剪成不同的面积(10×8cm~2,8×6cm~2,6×5cm~2,5×4cm~2)平铺于细铜丝网上。根据~(32)磷计算公式(P=A S×1770,其中;P为剂量率伦琴/小时;A为~(32)磷放射性毫居里数;S为敷贴剂面积平方厘米;1770为~(32)磷电离常数。)算出所需~(32)磷的毫居里数,并按滤纸的饱和吸水量将Na_2HPO_4溶液稀释至一定的体积,均匀地滴加于滤纸上,置于红外灯下烘干。将烘干的滤
