报告9例束支阻滞并发室性并行心律(VPSR)患者的诊断与治疗结果,提示:束支阻滞在VPSR的发病中起重要作用;束支阻滞特别是多支阻滞患者,如出现多种形态的异位搏动,应警惕多重性VPSR;VPSR与束支阻滞并发者,几乎都有器质性心脏病,预后主要决定于原发病和患者的心脏功能。本病主要应进行病因治疗;发生于永久性束支阻滞的VPSR,可适当选用抗心律失常药,但应密切注意室内传导情况。
