概述国内外对建筑用冷热水管材PP-R改性技术的最新研究,包括热塑弹性体共混改性、无机刚性粒子填充改性、多元体系复合改性和β晶型成核剂改性的研究成果。提出通过综合多种改性技术、形成多元复合体系和利用多组分协同效应,根据PP-R的不同应用需求来调控其综合性能是未来PP-R改性的发展方向。
The latest research on PP-R modification technology for hot and cold water pipes for construction is summarized at home and abroad, including thermoplastic elastomer blending modification, inorganic rigid particle filling modification, multi-component compound modification and β crystal nucleating agent modification Sexual research results. It is pointed out that it is the development direction of future PP-R modification by synthesizing various modification technologies, forming multiple compound system and using multi-component synergistic effect, and adjusting its comprehensive performance according to different application requirements of PP-R.
